释义	法律分析：犯罪嫌疑人缴纳保释金其实是保证其在取保候审的时候没有实施规定不能做的事。交了保释金之后是可以退回的，犯罪嫌疑人或者被告人在取保受审期间没有违反相关规定，候审结束的时候只需要被告人或者他们的亲属凭借“解除保释通知书”或者是有关法律文书直接到银行领取保释金就可以了，不需要经过公安机关退回。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第七十三条犯罪嫌疑人、被告人在取保候审期间未违反本法第七十一条规定的，取保候审结束的时候，凭解除取保候审的通知或者有关法律文书到银行领取退还的保证金。
