释义	法律分析：公安机构在批捕嫌疑人后会在24小时内通知家属。公安机关对被拘留的人，认为需要逮捕的，应当在拘留后的三日以内，提请人民检察院审查批准。检察院决定逮捕的，公安机关在逮捕时，应当出示逮捕证。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第九十三条公安机关逮捕人的时候，必须出示逮捕证。逮捕后，应当立即将被逮捕人送看守所羁押。除无法通知的以外，应当在逮捕后二十四小时以内，通知被逮捕人的家属。
