释义	法律主观： 1、商标授权又称商标许可，是指商标注册人通过签订商标使用授权合同，授权他人使用其注册商标。被授权者按合同规定从事经营活动(通常是生产、销售某种产品或者提供某种服务)，并向授权者支付相应的费用——权利金;同时授权者给予人员培训、组织设计、经营管理等方面的指导与协助。《商标法》规定：许可人应当监督被许可人使用其注册商标的商品质量。 2、被许可人应当保证使用该注册商标的商品质量。经许可使用他人注册商标的，必须在使用该注册商标的商品上标明被许可人的名称和商品产地。
