公司如何网上零申报

释义

法律主观：

可以零申报不交税，但是不能一直零申报不交税，没有盈利的时候，企业所得税可以免交。要是长期零申报将可能会遇到税局查账，发现偷税漏税行为会受到相关处罚。企业所得税的税率为25％。

法律客观：

《企业所得税法》第4条企业所得税的税率为25％。非居民企业取得本法第三条第三款规定的所得，适用税率为20％。第5条企业每一纳税年度的收入总额，减除不征税收入、免税收入、各项扣除以及允许弥补的以前年度亏损后的余额，为应纳税所得额。
