释义	战时逃避征兆罪要满足的要件有：客体要件是兵役管理活动；主体要件是满十六周岁的具有完全刑事责任能力的自然人；客观要件表现为战时拒绝、逃避征召或拒绝、逃避军事训练，情节严重的行为；主观要件是故意。法律依据：《刑法》第十四条明知自己的行为会发生危害社会的结果，并且希望或者放任这种结果发生，因而构成犯罪的，是故意犯罪。故意犯罪，应当负刑事责任。第三百七十六条预备役人员战时拒绝、逃避征召或者军事训练，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
