释义	法律分析：银行卡冻结账户是可以进行资金转入的,但不允许转出。银行卡被冻结后要想解除冻结，因被冻结原因的不同解除的时间或者手续也会不同，有的银行卡可能永远都解除不了，最好打电话或者亲自到银行咨询为好。法律依据：《公安机关办理刑事案件程序规定》第二百三十三条需要冻结犯罪嫌疑人在金融机构等单位的存款、汇款、债券、股票、基金份额等财产的，应当经县级以上公安机关负责人批准，制作协助冻结财产通知书，通知金融机构等单位执行。
