释义	法律分析: 在之前的6年有效期内有扣满12分记录的，就只能换6年有效期的驾驶证。如果在6年有效期内，每个记分周期都没有扣满12分记录的，可以换10年有效期的驾驶证。法律依据: 《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第五十六条机动车驾驶人在机动车驾驶证的六年有效期内，每个记分周期均未记满12分的，换发十年有效期的机动车驾驶证；在机动车驾驶证的十年有效期内，每个记分周期均未记满12分的，换发长期有效的机动车驾驶证。
