劳动合同一定要做满吗？

劳动合同不一定要做满，不想做了可以提前三十日告知单位。劳动合同都会约定合同的期限的，这个期限一般都是双方的意思表示的结果，但是生活中更倾向于是劳动者的意思，如果劳动者想要工作多久就可以约定工作多久，但是有些公司有最低的期限规定的除外。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条 劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
