企业退休如何计算退休金？ |

法律分析：
基础养老金月标准，以当地上年度在岗职工月平均工资，和本人指数化月平均缴费工资的平均值为基数，缴费每满1年发给1%；个人账户养老金月标准为个人账户储存额除以计发月数；过渡性养老金月标准以本人指数化月平均缴费工资为基数；过渡性调节金以当地现行标准为基数。
法律依据：
《国务院关于工人、职员退休处理的暂行规定》 第四条 工人、职员退休以后，按月发给退休费，直至本人去世的时候为止。退休费的标准如下：
（一）符合本规定第二条（一）、（二）两项条件的工人、职员，连续工龄在五年以上不满十年的，为本人工资的百分之五十；十年以上不满十五年的，为本人工资的百分之六十；十五年以上的，为本人工资的百分之七十；
（二）符合本规定第二条（三）、（四）两项条件的工人、职员，连续工龄在五年以上不满十年的，为本人工资的百分之四十；十年以上不满十五年的，为本人工资的百分之五十；十五年以上的，为本人工资的百分之六十；
（三）符合本规定第二条（五）项的工作人员，为本人工资的百分之七十；
（四）对于社会有特殊贡献的工人、职员的退休费，可以酌情高于本条（一）、（二）、（三）三项的标准，但是提高的幅度最高不得超过本人工资的百分之十五，并且必须经过上级主管机关批准。
