释义	我国刑法规定的间谍行为： 1、参加间谍组织，成为间谍组织的成员，充当间谍； 2、接受间谍组织及其代理人的任务的； 3、在战时为交战敌对国或敌方用画图、文字、使用信号、标记等手段向敌人明示所要轰击我方目标。【法律依据】《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百一十条有下列间谍行为之一，危害国家安全的，处十年以上有期徒刑或者无期徒刑；情节较轻的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑： (一)参加间谍组织或者接受间谍组织及其代理人的任务的； (二)为敌人指示轰击目标的。
