释义	法律分析：两年，《行政处罚法》规定行政处罚的追诉时效期限为二年，凡违法行为在二年内未被发现的则不再予以追究。法律依据：《中华人民共和国行政处罚法》第二十九条违法行为在二年内未被发现的，不再给予行政处罚。法律另有规定的除外。前款规定的期限，从违法行为发生之日起计算;违法行为有连续或者继续状态的，从行为终了之日起计算。行政处罚追责时效是指行政机关追究违法行为当事人的行政法律责任的法定有效期限。违法行为已经超过追责时效期限的，不再追究行政法律责任。
