没有取消。根据国家《关于加强危险品运输安全监督管理的若干意见》的规定从事道路危险品运输的驾驶员、押运员，从事水路危险品运输的船员、装卸管理人员、申报人员、集装箱装箱检查员必须持相应的资格证上岗。《安全生产法》规定危险物品的生产、经营、储存单位以及矿山、金属冶炼、建筑施工、道路运输单位的主要负责人和安全生产管理人员，应当由主管的负有安全生产监督管理职责的部门对其安全生产知识和管理能力考核合格。考核不得收费。
