释义	法律分析： (1)有两个以上的现场见证人。 (2)由见证人之一为代书人。 (3)遗嘱上须标明年、月、日。 (4)代书人，其他见证人和遗嘱人签名。四个条件缺一不可。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百三十九条公证遗嘱由遗嘱人经公证机构办理。第一千一百四十条下列人员不能作为遗嘱见证人：（一）无民事行为能力人、限制民事行为能力人以及其他不具有见证能力的人；（二）继承人、受遗赠人；（三）与继承人、受遗赠人有利害关系的人。
