释义	如果是一个自然人独资的公司，是不可以再成立一个独资公司，如果是多人股东的，是可以担任法人代表的。法律依据:《中华人民共和国公司法》第五十九条一个自然人只能投资设立一个一人有限责任公司。该一人有限责任公司不能投资设立新的一人有限责任公司。自然人独资法人不可以在投资设立一人有限责任公司，但可以做非一人有限责任公司的股东。不清楚可以来电咨询本律师。
