西安婚检假期十天的依据
释义
法律主观：
国家对西安职工规定的婚假一般有一至三天。而西安当地在国家规定的婚假基础上增加了十天。因此一共是13天。各个地区的婚假都不一样。具体要看各地的规定。

《陕西省人口与计划生育条例》
第四十八条
依法办理结婚登记的夫妻在结婚登记前参加婚前医学检查的，在国家规定婚假的基础上增加假期十天。
职工合法生育子女的，在法定产假的基础上增加产假六十天，同时给予男方护理假十五天，夫妻异地居住的给予男方护理假二十天。女职工参加孕前检查的，在法定产假的基础上增加产假十天。
