释义	产假是指在职女性产期前后的休假待遇。产假时间一般从分娩前半个月至产后两个半月，晚婚晚育者可前后延长至四个月，女职工生育应享受不少于九十八天的产假。职业女性在休产假期间，用人单位不得降低其工资、辞退或者以其他形式解除劳动合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第六十二条女职工生育享受不少于90天的产假。
