释义	我国刑法对贩卖毒品罪的规定如下：对于走私贩卖毒品的，无论走私贩卖的数量有多少，都应当被追究刑事责任，如果是集团的首要分子，或者有暴力抗检、武装掩护等情节的，可能被判处有期徒刑、无期徒刑以及死刑。如果是对未成年人贩卖毒品的，则应当从重处罚。如果是多次走私贩卖，而数量未经处理的，则毒品的数量要累积计算。
