释义	法律分析：债务人转让债务时，如果取得保证人书面同意，担保合同继续有法律效力。债务人转让债务时，没有取得保证人书面同意，保证人对未经其同意转让的债务，不再承担保证责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百九十七条债权人未经保证人书面同意，允许债务人转移全部或者部分债务，保证人对未经其同意转移的债务不再承担保证责任，但是债权人和保证人另有约定的除外。
