释义	律师解答：看你原来的劳动合同是否约定合同到期自动延期，如果没有需要另行签订。合同到期后虽然单位没有续签，但是你在单位的默许下继续工作的，视为双方按照原合同继续履行，你相当于还是有合同的，所以不适用双倍工资赔偿的规定。单位不提出续签的，应当给你两个月的经济补偿金，可以去申请仲裁。【法律依据】：《最高人民法院关于审理劳动争议案件适用法律若干问题的解释》第十六条第一款劳动合同期满后，劳动者仍在原用人单位工作，用人单位未表示异议，视为双方同意以原条件继续履行合同。
