释义	法律规定子女有赡养父母的义务，不赡养父母是违法的，可以向法院申请强制执行。人民法院按照法定程序，运用国家强制力量，根据发生法律效力文书明确具体的执行内容，强制民事义务人完成其所承担的义务，以保证权利人的权利得以实现。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零六十七条父母不履行抚养义务的，未成年子女或者不能独立生活的成年子女，有要求父母给付抚养费的权利。成年子女不履行赡养义务的，缺乏劳动能力或者生活困难的父母，有要求成年子女给付赡养费的权利。
