释义	法律分析：增值税普通发票没有时间限制。增值税专用发票超过认证期未认证的，不得再认证抵扣，也不得申请红字发票。已经认证的，申请开具红字发票没有时间限制。认证期原来是180天，2017年7月1日以后开具的增值税专用发票，认证期变为360天。法律依据：《中华人民共和国发票管理办法》第十九条销售商品、提供服务以及从事其他经营活动的单位和个人，对外发生经营业务收取款项，收款方应当向付款方开具发票；特殊情况下，由付款方向收款方开具发票。
