二、贺州仲裁委员会变更登记的法律依据
1、《仲裁委员会登记暂行办法》(国办发(1995)44号)
第五条仲裁委员会变更住所、组成人员，应当在变更后10日内向登记机关备案，并向登记机关提交与变更事项有关的文件。
2、《中华人民共和国仲裁法》(1994年8月31日主席令第31号，2009年8月27日予以修改)
第十条设立仲裁委员会，应当经省、自治区、直辖市的司法行政部门登记。
3、《仲裁委员会登记暂行办法》(国办发(1995)44号)
第六条仲裁委员会决议终止的，应当向登记机关办理注销登记。
