供应商贿赂处理办法
释义
商业贿赂是指供应商为销售物资而采用财务或者其他手段贿赂本公司工作人员，以及本公司工作人员为了收受或者索取贿赂而采购供应商物资的行为。
法条参考：
《企业采购腐败处理办法》 第十条 供应商行贿处理。供应商违反本办法以行贿手段销售物资的，公司应当停止对其采购并进行相关调查。情节严重者，3年内不能参加本公司的招标活动或者成为本公司的供应商。构成犯罪的，本公司有权向司法机关举报，依法追究其刑事责任。
