释义	现在我国的法律上是没有父债子还的规定的。也就是子女没有义务给父母的债务承担清偿责任。但是如果父母去世了，儿子继承了父母的遗产的，则儿子对于父母的遗产是需要承担偿还责任的，但也近以继承遗产的价值为限承担偿还责任。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百六十一条继承人以所得遗产实际价值为限清偿被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务。超过遗产实际价值部分，继承人自愿偿还的不在此限。继承人放弃继承的，对被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务可以不负清偿责任。
