法律分析:
以结婚为目的赠与的财产没有结婚是需要返还赠与财产的，前提是有证据证明赠与的财产是用于结婚的。附条件的赠与只有在条件成就时赠与合同才会生效，如果条件没有成就，则赠与合同无效。以结婚为条件的赠与行为可以撤销，前提是没有领取结婚证。因为这是属于附条件的赠与。此时赠与的真实意图是为了缔结婚姻关系，在结婚的目的不能实现时，受赠一方占有财物的合法依据就不存在。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百五十七条
赠与合同是赠与人将自己的财产无偿给予受赠人，受赠人表示接受赠与的合同。
