释义	法律分析：离婚协议书公证后的效力高于未经公证的离婚协议，如果双方去办理离婚登记的，优先使用经过公证的离婚协议；除此之外，经过公证的离婚协议书不再有其他效力。如果双方没有办理离婚登记的，则离婚协议即使是经过公证的，也不会产生法律效力，对双方没有约束力。法律依据：《民法典》第一千零七十六条，夫妻双方自愿离婚的，应当签订书面离婚协议，并亲自到婚姻登记机关申请离婚登记。离婚协议应当载明双方自愿离婚的意思表示和对子女抚养、财产以及债务处理等事项协商一致的意见。
