什么叫做有扶养关系的继子女 |

法律分析：有扶养关系的继子女指的是继子女尚未成年，随生父母一方与继父或继母共同生活时；
继父或继母对其承担了部分或全部生活教育费，或成年继子女在事实上对继父母长期进行了赡养扶助，这种情况继子女与继父母则形成了扶养关系。
判断继父母与继子女之间是否形成抚养教育关系的主要标准是继父母是否承担了继子女全部或部分生活费和教育费。
如果未承担任何费用，即使对继子女进行了教育和生活上的照料也不认定他们之间形成了扶养关系。
法律依据：《民法典》第一千一百二十七条，遗产按照下列顺序继承：
（一）第一顺序：配偶、子女、父母；
（二）第二顺序：兄弟姐妹、祖父母、外祖父母。
继承开始后，由第一顺序继承人继承，第二顺序继承人不继承；没有第一顺序继承人继承的，由第二顺序继承人继承。
本编所称子女，包括婚生子女、非婚生子女、养子女和有扶养关系的继子女。
本编所称父母，包括生父母、养父母和有扶养关系的继父母。
本编所称兄弟姐妹，包括同父母的兄弟姐妹、同父异母或者同母异父的兄弟姐妹、养兄弟姐妹、有扶养关系的继兄弟姐妹。
