释义	疫情期间公租房免房租吗疫情期间公租房不免房租。疫情发生期间，疫情虽对承租人使用其所承租的用于居住的房屋带来有所不便，但并未影响到原租赁合同目的中的使用用途，不属于“不可抗力”的范畴，因此不可以主张免房租。除此以外，承租人因疫情原因“居家隔离”是承租人承担法定责任的表现，未影响租赁物的居住功能，亦不可主张免房租。《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百八十条规定：因不可抗力不能履行民事义务的，不承担民事责任。法律另有规定的，依照其规定。不可抗力是不能预见、不能避免且不能克服的客观情况。
