法律分析：
一种不文明的行为从只违反道德到触犯法律，有时不是性质上有区别，而只是严重的程度不一样。所以在公共场所寻欢的行为显然违反公序良俗，应该受到道德上的谴责。而且，如果事态的发展变得很严重，到了足以扰乱公共场所秩序的程度，那这种行为就可能触犯《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚条例》，当事人也有可能受到行政处罚。

《中华人民共和国民法典》 第八条 民事主体从事民事活动，不得违反法律，不得违背公序良俗。
