释义	不可以，刑事案件，被告人必须到场。缺席审判仅仅限于贪污贿赂犯罪案件、严重危害国家安全犯罪案件、恐怖活动犯罪案件，对其他类型的案件均无法适用。自诉人经两次依法传唤，无正当理由拒不到庭的，或者未经法庭许可中途退庭的，按撤诉处理。【法律依据】《刑诉法》第二百零五条人民法院对于自诉案件进行审查后，按照下列情形分别处理：（一）犯罪事实清楚，有足够证据的案件，应当开庭审判；（二）缺乏罪证的自诉案件，如果自诉人提不出补充证据，应当说服自诉人撤回自诉，或者裁定驳回。
