释义	法律分析：不合法，物业是无权拉闸限电的。法律依据：《物业管理条例》第三十五条物业服务企业应当按照物业服务合同的约定，提供相应的服务。物业服务企业未能履行物业服务合同的约定，导致业主人身、财产安全受到损害的，应当依法承担相应的法律责任。第五十五条物业存在安全隐患，危及公共利益及他人合法权益时，责任人应当及时维修养护，有关业主应当给予配合。责任人不履行维修养护义务的，经业主大会同意，可以由物业服务企业维修养护，费用由责任人承担。
