释义	法律分析: 人行道上行驶电动车算违规，与逆行无关。电动车属于非机动车，应该在非机动车道内顺向行驶。在人行道上行驶电动车与在非机动车道内逆向行驶，都算是违法行为。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第二十五条机动车驾驶员违反本办法，有下列行为之一的，处二百元罚款，可以处吊扣十二个月驾驶证： (一)驾驶禁止驶入高速公路的机动车驶入高速公路的; (二)不按规定超车或者变更车道的; (三)在高速公路上倒车、逆行或者穿越中央分隔带掉头、转弯的; (四)不按规定停车的。
