释义	经济纠纷报警没有用。公安机关不得越权干预经济纠纷，即使报警也不予受理。处理经济纠纷，有合同签订的，应当根据合同订立的纠纷解决方式解决;没有订立纠纷解决方式的，可以事后达成该合意;事后也不能达成的，可以通过起诉、仲裁的方式解决。法律依据：关于《最高人民检察院公安部关于公安机关办理经济犯罪案件的若干规定》的通知第二条公安机关办理经济犯罪案件，应当坚持惩罚犯罪与保障人权并重、实体公正与程序公正并重、查证犯罪与挽回损失并重，严格区分经济犯罪与经济纠纷的界限，不得滥用职权、玩忽职守。
