释义	受要约人发出承诺通知后可以将其撤回，只要撤回的通知早于或者同时与承诺通知到达要约人。承诺的撤回，基本上只适用于书面形式的承诺，对于口头形式的承诺，一经发出即到达要约人，根本就不存在撤回的时间可能。法律依据《民法典》第一百四十一条，行为人可以撤回意思表示。撤回意思表示的通知应当在意思表示到达相对人前或者与意思表示同时到达相对人。
