问题	债务转让要不要签订书面协议
释义	债务转让不是必须有书面协议，法律对此没有强制性规定，因为也可以以其他形式订立协议。但是为了日后发生纠纷能够更好的维权，所以在转让债务时最好还是签订书面协议。注意债务人转让债务的，需要经过债权人同意，否则转让行为无效。法律依据《民法典》第五百五十一条，债务人将债务的全部或者部分转移给第三人的，应当经债权人同意。债务人或者第三人可以催告债权人在合理期限内予以同意，债权人未作表示的，视为不同意。
