释义	正规劳动合同的有效期由用人单位根据公司的规章制度和劳动者自行协商。其期限可长可短，长到多少年、十多少年;短到一年或者多少月。有必要的话无固定期限劳动合同，亦称不定期劳动合同。是指劳动合同中只约定了起始日期，没有约定具体终止日期的劳动合同。无固定期限劳动合同可以依法约定终止劳动合同条件，在履行中只要不出现约定的终止条件或法律规章的解除条件，一般不能解除或终止，劳动关系可以一直存续到劳动者退休为止。擅自解除劳动合同的话，单位需要向劳动者支付离职补偿金。
