慢性病补贴办理方法：凭区(县)级以上(含区级)定点医疗机构的检查、化验报告和诊断证明等相关资料，向医保部门提出申请，填写门诊大病(慢性病)审批表，办理相关手续。经审核同意后，核准纳入统筹基金补偿范围。
法条参考：
《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第二十八条符合基本医疗保险药品目录、诊疗项目、医疗服务设施标准以及急诊、抢救的医疗费用，按照国家规定从基本医疗保险基金中支付。
