释义	法律分析：法律并没有规定租房至少要租六个月，只是规定6个月以上要采用书面合同，即使不采用书面合同，也是有效的，只不过是不定期合同，就是没有约定期限的合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百零五条租赁期限不得超过二十年。超过二十年的，超过部分无效。租赁期限届满，当事人可以续订租赁合同；但是，约定的租赁期限自续订之日起不得超过二十年。
