是的。因为军人的性质跟普通人是不同的，军人的婚姻在很多方面都会受到国家的保护。一般会给军纪处分，比如警告、严重警告、记过、记大过、降职或者降衔（衔级工资档次）、撤职或者取消士官资格、除名，情节严重，造成恶劣影响的，有可能开除军籍，提前退出现役，遣送回乡。
