释义	法律分析: 合同无效不可以提反诉。合同被确认无效后，其合同法律行为是无效的，若法院已经作出判决，则不存在反诉。若法院尚未判决，则当事人可以进行上诉。无效的合同自始没有法律约束力，但合同部分无效不影响其他部分效力的，其他部分仍然有效。《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百五十三条违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定的民事法律行为无效。但是，该强制性规定不导致该民事法律行为无效的除外。违背公序良俗的民事法律行为无效。
