工作晚到扣工资合法吗

法律分析：上班迟到是很多人都会经历过的事，在许多用人单位的规章制度中都有对员工迟到罚款的一条。
这里要说明的是，尽管用人单位没有法定的罚款权，但法律是公平公正的，维护劳动者的合法权益同时，对用人的单位的合法权益也是如此。
劳动者如存在肆意迟到等行为应属于违反劳动纪律，企业和雇主维护自身合法权益制定，合乎情理的考勤扣款是被允许的，而一些用人单位超出员工正常日薪的罚款肯定是不合法的。
法律依据：《劳动法》第五十条，工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
