劳动协议续签还要试用期吗

不管劳动合同的具体内容为何,都只能约定一次试用期。对于违法约定试用期的,用人单位可能面临承担以下两项风险:一是被劳动行政部门责令改正,二是支付赔偿金。
【法律依据】:
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第十九条 同一用人单位与同一劳动者只能约定一次试用期。也就是说,用人单位与劳动者曾经约定过试用期,重新签订或者续订劳动合同的,不得再约定试用期。
