释义	发现房屋面积缩水可以通过诉讼要求解除合同等方式维权。《关于审理商品房买卖合同纠纷案件适用法律若干问题的解释》第十四条：出卖人交付使用的房屋套内建筑面积或者建筑面积与商品房买卖合同约定面积不符，合同有约定的，按照约定处理；合同没有约定或者约定不明确的，按照以下原则处理：(一)面积误差比绝对值在3%以内(含3%)，按照合同约定的价格据实结算，买受人请求解除合同的，不予支持；(二)面积误差比绝对值超出3%，买受人请求解除合同、返还已付购房款及利息的，应予支持。
