释义	法律分析：合同有多个当事人的可以部分起诉。部分起诉就是一个案件有多个被告，但是原告只就其中部分被告提起诉讼的案件。《民事诉讼法》的规定，如果因合同纠纷提起诉讼的，并且合同有多个当事人的，可以起诉全部或者部分当事人。法律依据：《民事诉讼法》第119条，起诉必须符合下列条件： (一)原告是与本案有直接利害关系的公民、法人和其他组织； (二)有明确的被告； (三)有具体的诉讼请求和事实、理由； (四)属于人民法院受理民事诉讼的范围和受诉人民法院管辖。
