释义	法律分析： 1、宣告失踪的判决撤销后，财产代管人的身份也就没有了，财产代管人应将管理的财产移交给本人，并汇报与财产有关的民事活动； 2、因财产代管人的故意或重大过失给本人造成的损失，财产代管人应当赔偿； 3、只要财产代管人不是恶意的，被撤销失踪宣告的公民不得要求代管人为他支付的费用负责和赔偿损失。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四十五条失踪人重新出现，经本人或者利害关系人申请，人民法院应当撤销失踪宣告。失踪人重新出现，有权请求财产代管人及时移交有关财产并报告财产代管情况。
