释义	法律分析：压一个月工资，不是一个月工资不发，是当月工资下月底前发放。当月发放上月的工资是可以的，但是跨月就违法；如果公司拖欠工资，劳动者可以到劳动监察大队投诉，由劳动监察大队责令用人单位限期发放工资，逾期不支付的，还要加付赔偿金。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。
