释义	您好！敲诈勒索罪，是指以不法所有为目的，对他人实行威胁，索取数额较大的公私财物的行为。犯罪中止，是指在故意犯罪过程中，自动放弃犯罪或者自动有效地防止犯罪结果的发生。行为人对被害人实施威胁，将指定被害人把钱财放于某地点的信息发给被害人后，即属于犯罪行为终了。行为人甲即使放弃犯罪而没有到指定地点取财，属于犯罪未遂而非犯罪中止。
