释义	赠与人因受赠人无力独自承担购房费用，又因其为赠与人独子，为受赠人今后更好的工作和生活，婚姻能够和睦，更好的对赠与人履行应尽的赡养义务及共同生活，赠与人独资购买本房屋，并附义务条款赠与受赠人。赠与人在赠与财产的权利转移和分割之前有权利撤消赠与。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百五十八条赠与人在赠与财产的权利转移之前可以撤销赠与。经过公证的赠与合同或者依法不得撤销的具有救灾、扶贫、助残等公益、道德义务性质的赠与合同，不适用前款规定。
