释义	法律分析: 飞机票改签后，只要不是特价机票的话就是可以申请退的，会收取退票手续费，各个航空公司规定不同。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民用航空法》第一百零九条承运人运送旅客，应当出具客票。旅客乘坐民用航空器，应当交验有效客票。第一百一十一条客票是航空旅客运输合同订立和运输合同条件的初步证据。旅客未能出示客票、客票不符合规定或者客票遗失，不影响运输合同的存在或者有效。在国内航空运输中，承运人同意旅客不经其出票而乘坐民用航空器的，承运人无权援用本法。
