释义	老赖儿子名下的房子可能是可以执行的。其前提是该房子是老赖在被执行前恶意转移给儿子的，可以执行。如果有充足的证据表明，老赖儿子没有正常的收入来源，而其财产是来自于其失信人父母的经营或者转让，可以执行。法律依据《民事诉讼法》第二百四十八条被执行人未按执行通知履行法律文书确定的义务，应当报告当前以及收到执行通知之日前一年的财产情况。被执行人拒绝报告或者虚假报告的，人民法院可以根据情节轻重对被执行人或者其法定代理人、有关单位的主要负责人或者直接责任人员予以罚款、拘留。
